日本国沖縄県石垣市登野城- Tonoshiro, Ishigaki City, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan
The First Tokyo Metropolitan Government Senkaku Survey Team has left Ishigaki island tonight September 1, aboard a salvage ship named Kouyou Maru (2,474 tones) to carry out various studies in the waters surrounding Senkaku islands from the early morning to the evening of September 2 and is expected to come back at night of the same day.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government considers the survey as a preliminary step toward another detailed survey in October, to be accompanied by Governor Ishihara. According to Ishihra, he met PM Noda on August 19 in the presence of Mr. Sonoda, Chief Secretary of The Sunrise Party and told him to complete construction of at least a ships emergency shelter, radio relay station, and weather observatory as one condition for his withdrawing a bid to buy the islands from the Japanese owner who promised not to sell them to anyone else but the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
If accepted, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government will hand over to the Central Government JPY 1.8 billion donated by individuals supporting the project of purchasing Senkaku islands.
At the press conference, Mr. Ishihara stated that he would not mind establishing a new party as his last work, and that he would willingly sign and seal, even with his blood if necessary, a memorandum of mutual obligations related to Senkaku islands with PM Noda.

Regrettably, Japan-U.S.-ROK relations have been on the verge of collapsing since South Korean pres. Lee illegally landed on Takeshima islets on August 10 and at the same time insulted Japan and her people by making outrageous remarks on His Majesty the Emperor of Japan.
If Koreans wish to ban hoisting of our Rising Sun flag just because Koreans hate to see our Rising Sun flag flying high, South Korean flag shouldn't be banned as well? South Korean flag really makes me disgusted just to think of it. I don't know why I get the chills just looking at the logo of Pepsi.
The above is not Rising Sun Flag but it looks similar to it. It is in fact company flag of Asahi-Shinbun (a well-known newspaper company established on January 25, 1879.) , and many believe that Asahi-Shinbun has been quite critical of Japan since 1945 when it was ordered to suspend reporting activities for a few days by General Douglas MacArthur after it reported on U.S. atomic bombings on Hiroshima and Nagasaki during the U.S. occupation. Many wonder how Koreans will react to the flag, considering the fact that Asahi-Shinbun is one of those responsible for fabricating a story of "Comfort Women" in collaboration with leftists (mostly Koreans) in Japan.
Those who, although possessing Japanese citizenship, have been engaged in dragging down Japan, must be thoroughly condemned. I am not proposing witch hunt but I am reminding you that Japan's rights have been infringed on by anti-Japan witches for long time. Ex-Chairman Ms. Takako Doi, Japan Socialist Party (now reduced to a minor party called the Social Democratic Party) strongly asserted that no Japanese had been abducted by North Korea. And, her successor Ms. Mizuho Fukushima, now Chairman of the Social Democratic Party fabricated a story that the Imperial Japanese Army forced Koreans into "comfort women".

South Korea's rejection to jointly file a suit with International Court of Justice over Takeshima islets illegally occupied by South Korea since 1952.
Many expected that South Korea would behave as a grown-up nation by severing its link with the past, in which it had often practically torn up documents of bilateral agreements as soon as they achieved objectives of securing material benefits from Japan.
However, South Korea has acted as usual, by refuting Japan's proposal to jointly file a suit with the International Court of Justice for a peaceful settlement of the dispute over the Takeshima islands in the Sea of Japan.
This act has only served as a propellant to deepen its infamous ruffianism and to taint self-claimed "Globalized Korea", for which South Korea has recently spent millions of dollars.
When officially rejected, South Korea failed to indicate neither reasons nor concrete alternatives. However, it is believed that Japan will continue to seek appropriate measures in accordance with relevant laws, including an option of filing the suit with the International Court of Justice alone.
A Japanese fisherman abducted and tortured by South Korea in 1950s. No information on his whereabouts has been given to Japan by South Korea.
Breaking News: Censure motion submitted today at the Upper House, the Diet (Japan's National Legislature) against Prime Minister Noda has just been approved. 129 for the motion and 91 against the motion. Although passed, it has no legal effect on prime ministership held by Noda. However, it has demonstrated to Noda that the elected parliament no longer has confidence in his leadership. On July 14, 2009, then Prime Minister Aso faced the same plight and dissolved the Lower House 7 days later.
With the passage of the censure motion against PM Noda at the Upper House, no matter what they discuss at the Lower House, no bills will be approved at the Diet, thereby practically closing the current session. By October, they run out of appropriations. Logically PM has to either dissolve the Lower House or to decide on resignation of Cabinet en masse.
I believe that South Korea should appear at International Court of Justice as repeatedly requested by the Government of Japan. Particularly when South Korea is confident about the ownership of Takeshima islets, nothing and nobody will prevent South Korea from contesting the case of Takeshima in the court. South Korea should face justice without further delay before the relations between Japan and South Korea further deteriorate.

Japan’s old textbooks show Dokdo as Korean territory http://bit.ly/PnQ9B7 #southkorea
Regardless of the negative impact South Korean pres. Lee's illegal entry into Takeshima islets, Japan's intrinsic part will probably have on both economies, and particularly on regional stability and security, Japan shall never find legitmate reasons to forget and to forgive his outrageous and absurd behaviors including his offensive remarks on His Majesty the Emperor of Japan.
It is the time that Japan must firmly stand up against injustice South Korea has promoted based on the stories fabricated in collaboration with leftists whom U.S. has covertly and often overtly encouraged to grow up in the post war Japan.
If one were asked to summrize U.S. occupation policy through Supreme Commander of the Allied Powers (SCAP), the title held by General Douglas MacArthur during the Occupation of Japan from September 2, 1945 to April 28, 1952 in a simple equation, one would formulate either one of equations below.
1. "Japan suffered defeat in the Greater East Asia War"
Defeat=Weak=Evil
However, there is another equation.
2. "Japan suffered defeat in the Greater East Asia War"
Weaker than U.S.=Defeat=Justice
Whoever has taught Koreans a history of Japan-U.S. relations from the arrival of Commodore Perry in 1853, they support the first equation, upon which they have cooked up their own history of Japan-South Korea, thereby mythologizing that Japan forced Korea to agree on the annexation of Korea by Japan in 1910, during which Japan practiced brutal rule over Korea and Koreans.

Japan in East Asia: Unpromising and Discouraging Future in 19th Century
Japan's modern history and colonization of Asia by the west are inseparably related to each other. There are three major points we should consider as prerequisites for describing a history of modernizing Japan.
At the starting point of Japan's modernization, Japan was faced with growing military threats from Great Britain, Russia, France, Netherlands, U.S.A., Germany, etc. while nothing but their battles for domination in Asia prevented them from fully and easily colonizing Asia. Therefore, they were still fighting for supremacy in Asia while Japan was going through a process of modernizing herself, so as to maintain her own independence. ex. Great Britain completed her control over India just 10 years before Meiji Restoration in 1868, Burma in 1886, and Malay Peninsula in 1909. France took Vietnam by force in 1887. Netherlands officially colonized Indonesia in 1904. U.S.A. annexed Hawaii in 1898, and seized Philippine the same year. Russia was posing a great threat to Japan in those years.
As shown in the above, Japan was completely surrounded by the western militaristic nations who had strong belief in colonialism for their own benefits. Even China was struggling with difficulties to preserve her own lands since China was in a deteriorating state resulting from its excessive bureaucracy. Korea was just a vassal state of China. Japan vehemently desired that Korea would soon become independent from China and would quickly modernize herself, thereby strengthening Japan's defense against the western aggression. Either the western powers or Russia would have colonized the Korean peninsula if nothing done. The only option left for Japan was to help Korea become independent from China. Japan had much stronger awareness of risks since Japan had experienced long-lasted Samurai period.
China and Korea were powerless and helpless. However, they had harbored groundless superiority complex over Japan. Ex. Sino-centrism They tended to regard Japan's modernizing efforts as a disturbing factor to Sino-centrism.
Without keeping three points in one's mind, one must not see a history of Japan in relation to what China fabricates and what both Koreas fabricate.
The article I've just finished reading describes why South Korean pres. Lee decided to land on Takeshima islets on August 10 and later made insulting remarks on His Majesty the Emperor of Japan.
The article focuses on five reasons; 1. Failure to achieve Japan and South Korea cultural exchange project, 2. Higher recognition of a theory of declining power of Japan and U.S. within South Korea, 3. Imminent arrest of president Lee for bribery charges, 4.Possible violation of a decision on so-called "Comfort Women" made by Constitutional Court of South Korea, and 5. Failure to improve economic conditions.
South Korean president Lee has been afraid of ending his presidential tenure with no achievements. To avoid either the imminent arrest or being called incompetent president after he steps down as president of South Korea, he dared to brake a promise to keep status quo of Takeshima issue with Japan and at the same time insulted Japan and her people by making vulgar remarks on His Majesty the Emperor of Japan.
The article concludes that Japan should be better united with Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Mongolia, India, etc. by giving up an idea of emphasizing friendship with Seoul, and that Lee will be remembered as the president who has achieved the worst diplomatic relations ever recorded with Japan in the history of bilateral relations.
Stopping flow of money and capital goods from Japan into South Korea, the Korean economy will not last any longer. After all, South Korea is only a cormorant used for cormorant fishing. No feed will be given if it gets to be roguish to Cormorant Fishing Master. The country depends on Japan for money, foods, and oil. Our key words here are "keep ourselves cool".

Cormorant Fishing Video:Cormorant Fishing Master and his cormorants
The United States reportedly called on Japan and south korea to resolve differences through dialogue as tensions took a farcical turn.
However, the United States must be reminded that south korea is the one who has been instigating outrageous and absurd unrest in the Far East by refusing to appear at International Court of Justice while Japan has consistently and calmly held her firm position that Takeshima islets issue should be settled at International Court of Justice for decades, as suggested by U.S. ambassador Van Fleet.
The Ambassador clearly stated in his report that Takeshima remained under Japanese sovereignty and it was not included among the islands that Japan released from its ownership under the San Francisco Peace Treaty. He further stated that the dispute might properly be referred to the International Court of Justice and this suggestion has been informally conveyed to the Republic of Korea. (See the attached for details.)
Therefore, the statement (U.S. calls on Japan, S Korea to resolve isle dispute ) made by the United States State Department on Thursday August 23 regrettably contradicts her own ambassador's famous statement.
No disputable reasons exist; however, South Korea invaded Takeshima in 1952 when Japan was still under the U.S. occupation. Takeshima has been illegally occupied by South Korea since then. As Japan was powerless and placed under the U.S. occupation at the time of invasion into Takeshima by South Korea and as the United States failed to protect Japan's territory, the United States must assume full responsibility at least for facilitating settlement of the issue still existing between Japan and south korea.
Or, the United States should demand south korea to immediately appear at International Court of Justice as peacefully and repeatedly requested by the Government of Japan.
Many benefits we will enjoy from severing our diplomatic relation with south korea. Nothing hurts us. Only few politicians involved in the interests. Makes me feel so uspet and angry when I just think of how many Japanese women will be saved from Korean rapists only if diplomatic relation is severed.
Just advise our private banks not to deal with South Korea for greater impact on their economy. The Import and Export Bank of Korea borrowed JPY 20 billion from The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, etc. in June this year alone, so as to settle import payments since South Korea can not domestically procure foreign currency. This is what South Korea actually is.
As July turns to August, it is the month of mourning. Atomic bombing Memorials of Hiroshima and Nagasaki before August 15, the day when we remember as the day of ending the war.
During this time of year, mass media prepare TV programs for retrospectively reminding the viewers of "Horrors and Miseries of War" by showing the U.S. forces films, in which we see corpses of Japanese soldiers lying around, dying Japanese soldiers, Japanese soldiers being burned to death by flamethrowers, and then Japanese women jumping off Banzai cliff, Saipan again this year.
I have to remind you here that all those programs are nothing educational but so designed as to input distorted and masochistic views of the Japanese history into TV viewers by showing the war dead. They are political propaganda being manipulated by the leftists trying to increase their power while just catering for the needs of the occupation forces. Thus, cabinet members of the leftist party, as the calendar turns to August, feel so relieved to see those propaganda films being shown on TV, trying to influence the Japanese viewers with distorted and masochistic views of history. And, then they believe it justified to ignore "Yasukuni Shrine".
Furthermore, those hypes the Japanese mass media use in August are those filmed by the U.S. forces. In other words, the scenes depicted in them are nothing but the American soldiers hunting down the Japanese soldiers as preys by guns and flamethrowers after the Japanese forces ceased to carry out the organized warfare.
And, the mere fact that the Japanese media continue to show those flicks produced by the U.S. forces, could be interpreted as subtly indicating that the Japanese media harbor the same mentality as the American soldiers who treated the Japanese soldiers like "Cockroaches". This shows that the Japanese mass media never mourn the war dead but they insult them!
Just ask yourself !
The Japanese mass media have so far refrained from publicly showing the dead bodies of those victimized in massive quakes and Tsunami that occurred on March 11 because they just can't publicly display the horrible pictures of the loved ones. But, foreign mass media continue to show no compassion and respect to those dead lying around in the disaster stricken areas by publicly exhibiting them although we can not stop the foreign mass media from doing so. One could easily estimate the degree of sorrow over deaths of their familiy members the surviving families would have when seeing them.
Similarly, just think of the reason behind the un-compassionate act of the Japanese mass media ! They regard the Japanese war dead as some kind of "Cockroaches" just like the American forces do.
How could they possibly insult the Japanese war dead in August, the month of mourning? What kind of mentality do they have? Don't they realize that they are our comrades enshrined in Yasukuni Shrine?
I further write a few points.
Remember the films showing the Japanese women jumping off Banzai cliff in Saipan? The American camera crew knew exactly where the best place to view and film the Japanese women jumping off the cliff was and then waited for them to show up. Because the American soldiers chased them to the cliff. We notice that they turned around to see who's coming after them before jumping off. The last image they saw before jumping off must have been the American soldiers coming after them with grinning laugh. Those Japanese women knew well what would happen to them if captured alive by the American soldiers. They chose to die rather than experiencing humiliation by the American soldiers.
They were Yamato Nadeshikos (Note:Japan women's soccer team "Nadeshiko Japan" named after Yamato Nadeshiko) so proud of being the Japanese. Why do the Japanese media keep showing their final moments ?
Notes: The above is an excerpt from the blog published in Japanese by Mr. Shingo Nishimura, (西村 真悟, Nishimura Shingo, born July 7, 1948) is a Japanese politician, an independent and a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Sakai, Osaka and graduate of Kyoto University Faculty of Law he was elected to the Diet for the first time in 1993.

Yamato Nadeshiko literally means "Japanese Dianthus", a flower believed to be lovely and yet strong resembling to the Japanese women, always respecting the Japanese tradition and culture.
This photo tells us much more than a historical fact that South Korea fought in Vietnam, catering for the needs of the United States of America. That is how brutal Koreans were during the Vietnam War. They look like "Predators" seen in the American movie. You can count how many ROK soldiers are in the photo. They are all smiling. They are smiling after the victory, in which they brutally killed Vietnamese and cut their ears off and then strung them onto the wire for completing a sort of “Hawaiian Flower (Ears) Lei”. South Korea has never apologized to Vietnam for their brutality including raping thousands of women. They left thousands of orphans behind.
The following tweets briefly describe the atrocities committed by ROK forces during the Vietnam war and are only a few out of many atrocities known to the limited number of people since they are well described in Japanese while they are little done in English, Chinese, and Korean.
(The translation is provisional and subject to change. )
During the Vietnam war, National Liberation Front (NLF), better known as Vet Cong had repeatedly reported on radio brutal and inhumane tortures, mass murders, and savage acts against women and children committed by Republic of Korea (ROK=South Korea) . Every survivor found in different districts of Vietnam testified in unison that women had been raped by ROK soldiers.
Years from 1965 to 1966, Republic of Korea (ROK=South Korea) soldiers picked up 42 villagers in the village of Tao, Vietnam and killed everyone with small firearms, thereby creating blood bath. For 19 days from January 11, 1966, in Bình Định Province, Vietnam (Tỉnh Bình Định), soldiers of Republic of Korea (ROK=South Korea) tortured more than 300 villagers and slaughtered more than 400 of them.
For one month from December, 1965, soldiers of Republic of Korea (ROK=South Korea) burned down several hundreds of houses in Purean village, Bình Định Province whereas they slaughtered everyone in Kin Tai village. In 9 other villages of the same province, Korean soldiers even used chemical weapons.
From January 1 to January 4, 1966, soldiers of Republic of Korea (ROK=South Korea) not only looted all the possessions of villagers in Yobinhafura and Buntoafura but also reduced their houses and Cao Dai temple to ashes. They then slaughtered a several thousand cattle. They even stole a few tons of coins from Buddhist temples and then killed residents.
Most of those victimized by soldiers of Republic of Korea (ROK=South Korea) are women, the elderly people, and children who were forced to gather at one place before execution. They then sprayed them with bullets of machine guns. They even cracked heads of kids and beheaded them. They amputated legs of villagers and threw them into fire. They raped and killed women. They kicked pregnant women until pre-born babies came out of punctured wombs. They chased and cornered villagers into a dead end tunnel, and then killed them all with poison gases.
If s.korean pres. Lee complains about wartime prostitution or prostitutes, please stop sending anymore Korean prostitutes to Japan now. The Govt of Japan should consider enforcement of stricter control over foreign prostitutes coming in Japan under the guise of tourists, etc.
