昨日の委員会、玄葉大臣にグーグルジャパンの地図で竹島の住所が韓国住所になっていることの是正を求めた。外務省は昨日の電話に続き、本日、担当が会社を訪れ、日本政府の立場と是正を要求。グ社は技術的に修正可能なものから対応中と回答の由。これが韓国だったらこんなもんじゃ済まないのでは？

 本日、初めて日本の国歌及び国旗に異議を申し立てる日本に居住する北朝鮮籍の方々に遭遇しました。以下が彼等の異議と私の回答です。

Today, I have encountered North Koreans living in Japan, tweeting their dissatisfaction over Japanese nationals willing to respect "Rising Sun Flag" and to sing national anthem "Kimigayo".  This is my first encounter with "Aliens" who seem to have attempted to neglect Japan's sovereignty.

沖縄普天間基地移転問題（前提として、民主党は論外）でも、自民党は、なんとなく説得力に欠ける感がある。本当の問題は、戦後６０年以上が経過しても未だに沖縄に米軍基地が集中していることだと思う。これに着眼して国民を騙したのが民主党であり、鳩山であると考えられる。

他方、自民党は、米国との”太鼓持ち”の役割をうまく演じていたと考えられる。この点を自民党は、充分理解して、今後、可能な限り防衛は自国を中心として考えることを期待する。

要するに、 民主党は、自民党の副産物（或いは、副作用）であり、敗戦から日本の経済復興を経由して２００９年の秋まで、バブル崩壊と冷戦構造の崩壊にも拘らず自民党は、米国との”太鼓持ち”を演じ、誤ったシグナルを国民に送り続け、国民は真実を求めたところ、更に、民主党に大きく騙された。

まずは、自民党議員全員が過去を振り返り、反省し、明日の朝一番に靖国参拝すること。そこで、これから心を入れ替えて国家、国民のため命を賭してこの国難を乗り越えることを誓うべき。政権奪回の道です！

6 Chinese Navy Ships Sighted in Sensitive International Waters

A total of six Chinese Navy ships has been confirmed passed through sensitive international waters between Okinawa Island and Miyako islet from November 22 to November 23.  The Ministry of Defense has been keeping track of them, assuming that they will conduct drills in the Pacific Ocean as done in the last few years.

In the morning of November 22, one Chinese Intelligence Gathering Ship was sighted headed to the Pacific Ocean by a reconnaissance plane of Japan Air Self-Defense Force. How Japan has used Tsunami and Earthquake Relief Funds to Subsidize Illegal Whaling

After the horrific tragedy of March 11th, hundreds of thousands of Japanese people had their lives permanently altered by the triple blow of the earthquake, the tsunami, and the nuclear horror of Fukushima.

 

People from around the world responded generously and millions of dollars poured into Japan to help the many families who lost their children, parents, homes, and worldly possessions.

 

The world responded and demonstrated that they cared; yet seven months later, thousands of Japanese families remain homeless as a devastated infrastructure continues to be slowly rebuilt.

 

When people the world over sent their donations to Japan, it was with the innocent understanding that their contributions would be used by the Japanese government for the purpose of actually helping the Japanese victims of the disasters.

 

What they did not anticipate or imagine is that some of these funds would be used to subsidize the illegal slaughter of whales in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary. But that is what the Japanese Fisheries Agency has done with a large amount of the relief funds. It is a complete disgrace and the Japanese government is displaying blatant contempt in response to the world’s generosity by this shameful behavior.

 

On October 21st, 2011, the Japanese cabinet agreed to set aside 2.28 billion yen (over $29 million USD) in tax revenue to help those in the worst affected regions. Since then, it has been discovered that the Japanese Fisheries Agency submitted a request entitled “measures to stabilize the scientific whaling research programme” that actually requested and received this full amount for security to defend the so-called Japanese scientific whaling fleet in the Southern Ocean.

 

The justification is that some of the whalers working on the Antarctic whaling fleet’s vessels were from communities damaged by the earthquake and tsunami.

 

This request comes at a time when the whaling program in Japan is suffering from debts of over $60 million USD. What this actually means is that donations from around the world sent by well-meaning generous people to help victims of the earthquake will now be used to attempt to stop Sea Shepherd Conservation Society from defending whales in the Southern Ocean.

 

Japan has actually allocated nearly $30 million USD specifically to oppose Sea Shepherd’s efforts to defend the whales of the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary.

 

It is ludicrous that this wealthy economic superpower is treating Sea Shepherd like an actual nation that they are at war with. The Prime Minister of Japan has actually stated that Japan will not surrender to Sea Shepherd.

 

It appears that this will be a very different and more challenging campaign this season.

 

Despite this incredible war chest of rechanneled relief funds, the international crew of volunteers on our three Sea Shepherd ships will continue to defend whales against overwhelming odds.

 

Japan has political power, tens of millions of dollars, faster and larger ships, and four whalers for every whale defender, but we have something they do not – a passionate and courageous crew of international volunteers, willing to risk our lives to defend the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary.

 

Operation Divine Wind, our eighth campaign to defend whales in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary, will begin in early December.

When U.S, navy ships make port calls in Japan, some leftists protest U.S. militarism or something. However, strangely enough, no protests at all when s.korean navy ships visit Japan, suggesting that all those leftists protesting militarism are pseudo korean leftists.  Korean citizens living in Japan have no business interfering with Japan's policies or anything at all.

Wondering What is behind TPP----

I really wonder what is behind TPP.  Close to 10% jobless rate in U.S. is a nightmare but no Japanese wishes to see that rate here in Japan.

Many tweets suggest "Japanese interpret TPP as a U.S. way of exporting its nightmare "high jobless rate" to Japan. Jobs there, No jobs here.

Many see no benefit of joining TPP since export occupies only 13% of JPN's GDP whereas U.S. tries to double its export, so as to create Jobs.

U.S. should promote exports to China and India instead of focusing on Japan. U.S. citizens participate in "Occupy Wall Street" movement while Japanese nationals protest against Japan participating in TPP talks.

TPP means nothing but "Occupy Japan movement". This is the way many of the Japanese nationals see U.S. urging JPN to participate in TPP talks.

韓国ウオンの下落Korean Won has continued to weaken

Korean Won has continued to weaken against USD and JPY, thereby possibly making Won bank notes look like "trash"in the near future. Everyone hopes none will shred Won bank notes by mistake.

韓国のウオンが米ドル、日本円に対して下落しておりますけど、そのうちにウオン紙幣が紙くずとなりかねません。間違っても、ごみと間違えてシュレッダーに掛けることが無いようにお願いします。

追記：

先日の日本の為替介入で多少の円安傾向が継続しておりますが、その為替介入により円安と同時にウオンが安となりました。

Does anybody answer my simple question? Why U.S. Congress has to approve of Japan joining

TPP (the Trans-Pacific Partnership free-trade) talks before Japan actually joins TPP talks when U.S. is the one urging Japan to join TPP? The only reason why U.S. urges Japan to join TPP talks is that Japan's economy is No. 2 next to U.S. among the members participating in TPP talks. When GDPs of Japan and U.S. are combined, it will be 90% of a total of all GDPs of 10 nations (Singapore, NewZealand, Chile, Brunei, U.S.A., Australia, Peru, Viet Nam, Malaysia, and Japan who has not joined TPP talks yet.).

Therefore, many believe that Japan has no urgent needs to join TPP talks at all since TPP will unlikely benefit Japan in vew of the limited possibility of expanding Japan's export to those nations whose combined GDP is only 10%.

今朝のTPPに関する自民党での会議、出席した外務省担当者からも、日本が参加するには米議会の承認後９０日必要で、また議会承認を得るためには米政府と議会との事前折衝も必要なことから日本政府が参加表明して直ぐに米議会承認とはならない旨の答弁。やはりAPEC前に参加決定する理由が薄弱だ。

在外法人を救うために自衛隊の任務拡大とそれに伴う武器使用の緩和

以下は、表題に関連する私の昨日の囀りです。

日本の在外公館について、一時期相当の批判が浴びされれたが、これもある意味では、奇妙なものだ。経済力に合わせて拡大するのに何が問題があるのであろうか。海外における日本のプレゼンスの象徴が在外公館であると思う。富国強兵に反対している連中が存在する。

他方、何かあれば、外務省等が邦人を保護するべきであると主張する連中。米、露、中は、巨大な大使館を多くの国で建設している。米国大使館などは、海兵隊員等が配備されている。邦人保護を望むのであれば、自衛隊員の配備と武器使用基準の緩和は、不可欠と思う。「やられたらやり返す」姿勢を示すことに何の問題があろうか。事実、北朝鮮に拉致された多くの邦人を救出することすらできない日本国政府。

平和を望むのは、誰も同じ。しかし、邦人保護すらまともにできない国に誰が信頼を寄せるのであろうか。在外では、万が一の時は、日本大使館に頼るのではなく、米国大使館等に頼るとする心理が働いている。これは、一体どういうことなのだろうか。日本人がやられたら日本軍。

先進国に居住する邦人は、それなりに安全であろうが、開発途上国等に居住する邦人は、常に危険に晒されている。万が一の時は、米英大使館に逃げ込むしか方法がない場合もあること。このような状態にしたのは、一体誰でしょうか。

開発途上国が開発途上にある理由は、開発を阻害する要因があるからこそ、中々離陸できない状態にある。銃撃戦、死体、軍による検問、居住する地域が包囲され食料確保の困難、外出禁止令、治安の悪化の中で生活する邦人がいる。

本人が米軍に救出されて「かっこいいと思う日本人」は、多い。でも、本当は、日本人は、日本軍に救出されることが本来の姿です。確かに、困った時は、お互いに助け合うのが同盟関係であり、当然のことでしょう。しかし、法的整備さえすればーーできることをしない日本。

Both Koreas have been hostile to Japan for decades regardless of what Japan has done for them, including extension of grants, etc. Japanese, whether conservative or not, are now realizing that their efforts of improving relations with both Koreas may end fruitless simply because they both have failed to sincerely respond to Japan's desire for securing peace and stability in the Far East. No matter how much they have twisted around historical facts, it seems that Japan has upheld a policy of solving every issue in a concessional manner both Koreas claim to have existed, hoping that they will someday grow up to fully understand how much they have benefited from Japan and her people.

Now, many Japanese tweets suggest an irreversible course of action against South Korea. That is "Sever diplomatic ties with South Korea" over its unacceptable degree of fabrication shown in a number of issues South Korea has raised.

「慰安婦問題を軍事衝突時における性暴力」及び「性暴力の犠牲者を救済する努力とこの犯罪に関与する者の処罰」の２点は、極めて不当な捏造ではないか。日本と朝鮮半島が軍事衝突があったかの様な表現であることと犠牲者救済と処罰を求めるとは、戦争犯罪であるとしているとしか思えない。

Rescue Japanese Abductees Still Confined in North Korea!

A North Korean defector living in Seoul, South Korea testified yesterday that Ms. Megumi Yokota (See a note below) had been alive in 2004.

The defector was told by an officer in charge of Japan at Wokers' Party of Korea (DPRK) that Ms. Megumi is alive but we can not let her go back to Japan since she has been exposed to secrecy.

The defector further stated that cremated remains handed over to Japan by DPRK at the working level meeting between Japan and North Korea on November 2004 was not hers but just fake.

Note:

Ms. Megumi Yokota was abducted on November 15, 1977 at the age of thirteen and apparently forced to help train North Korean spies to pass as Japanese citizens. In February 1997, information about Megumi's abduction was given to Yokota's parents from Tatsukichi Hyomoto by a phone call. In 2002, North Korea admitted that she and others had been abducted, but claimed that she had committed suicide on March 13, 1994 (originally announced as 1993 and later corrected to 1994) and returned what it said were her cremated remains. Japan stated that a DNA test proved they could not have been her remains, and her family does not believe that she would have committed suicide. She is believed to have been abducted by Sin Gwang-su.
