日本の国際関係を考える時、先ず、避けて通れない関係は、日米関係でしょう。このことは、誰も異論はないと思います。この日米間系こそが曲者なんだと考えているのは、私だけではないと思います。ペリー来航以来の関係は、殆どの時期に於いて、日本が、米国に従属的あると言っても、おかしくないですよね。特に、１９４５年の敗戦以来の日米関係は、その従属性という点で、際立っている時期であると思います。力でねじ伏せられ、憲法まで押しけられて、静かに黙りこくっている皆様。少しは、日本人としての誇りを思い出してください。決して、戦争をおっぱじめることを勧めているのではなく。自立したいといっているのです。
歴史認識の話が、日中、日韓で浮上しますが、日米間で浮上することは、まずないのです。しかしながら、米国は、背後で、日本悪しきの扇動をしていることは、間違いありません。日本に対する表面は、親日ですが、実は、戦後の米国も反日を基本として全てが進められているのです。国連条項では、先の大戦での敗戦国は、未だに、敵国です。これは、国連が継続する限り、消えることのない絶対条件なのです。
この話は、極めて不可解なことであると考えます。誰かが、どこかで、この状況を操作しているとしたら、我々日本人としては、看過できない点ですよね。せめて、現行憲法の違法性に気付き、憲法が無効であると宣言しましょう。

The current constitution of Japan is a major source of misfortunes that has hindered the healthy growth of democracy in Japan. Heated discussion has gone on till now for hours, wasting Japan's energy when she faces looming energy crisis due to the anti-nuke sentiment resulting from Fukushima Daiichi accident triggered by 3/11 quake and tunami. They are those roaches either brainwashed after the U.S. occupation of Japan or those trying to brainwash the public via TV, hoping that Japan will collapse. I decided not to watch the program titled "Protect the Current Constitution or Revise it or Promulgate a New Constitution” long before because I believe it undemocratic that the program totally ignores those proposing to the public that Japan should declare the current constitution illegal and invalid.

A choice to declare the current constitution illegal and invalid sounds most reasonable in view of the fact that it was evidently illegally in terms of the international laws as it was imposed by the U.S. Occupation forces at gunpoint when Japan was powerless. This is what Tokyo Governor Shintaro Ishihara and others have repeatedly testified in the public.

 

諸悪の根源は、現行違法憲法にあるんです。それが理解できないように洗脳された人々或いは、洗脳したいとするゴキブリが多数テレビという媒体を利用して日本崩壊を願っている。朝までテレビを観ないことに決めておりました。タイトルを見る限り”護憲、改憲、新憲法”となっております。これこそ非民主的な発想ではないでしょうか。現行憲法が違法であり、無効であるとする意見を一切無視した報道と言わざるを得ない。

石原慎太郎他が提唱する現行憲法無効論を日本人は選択する必要がある。護憲だ、改憲だ、新憲法だ等と公共の電波を利用して朝まで電気を無駄にしていることこそ反日的ではないだろうか。自民党が売国奴の元祖であるとする私の考えがここにある。そして、その副産物或いは、副作用が民主党であること。

Kanagawa Prefetural Police Department reports:U.S. Navy Petty Officer Second Class (PO2) Jackie Lee Thompson was arrested on suspicion of property destruction. He allegedly punched hood of a taxi with his bare hand and dented it when a taxi driver aged 60 was parking his car on the street waiting for customers at around 10:30 PM in July 17. The driver overpowered the suspect and handed him over to the police officers who rushed to the scene.

Nagasaki Prefectural Police Department reports:  U.S. Navy Petty Officer Second Class (PO2) Joey Centeno aged 30 of USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6),  a Wasp-class amphibious assault ship, was arrested for violating Japan's traffic law (Driving while intoxicated) at 10:10 PM in July 16.

According to the police, he was found sleeping at the wheel while stopping for traffic signals in Sasebo, Nagasaki.

Aomori Prefectural Police Department reports: U.S. Misawa Base Airman Markus Jeremy Ryan aged 21 was arrested for indecent exposure in public in July 12.

He allegedly exposed his lower body at the convenient store in Misawa, Aomori Prefecture at around 00:30.

According to the police, police officers rushed to the convenient store in response to 110 (119 in U.S.) call from the store manager and arrested the suspect. He entered the store all by himself and was not drunk at all. His motive is not known.

Naha Police Department reports: U.S. Marine Private First Class (PFC) Ryan Palmer aged 20 of Camp Foster in Okinawa was arrested on suspicion of trespassing in July 1. In response to 110 (119 in U.S.) from a passerby saying "Somebody is shouting so loud in English.", the police officers rushed to the scene where a suspect was found sleeping atop the private house. He was drunk at the time of arrest. His motive is not known yet.

Support Mr. Hashimoto, New Osaka City Mayor for his Clean-up Work

The newly elected Osaka City Mayor Mr. Hashimoto visited Osaka City Hall today to seek briefing by every bureau of the city council even though his official inauguration takes place on December 19.

In his meeting at Bureau of General Affairs, he reportedly told Bureau Chief to publicize the entire process in which every municipal employee has been hired. Mr. Hashimoto is much concerned with two criminal cases involving the city employees, one of which was an arrest of the city employee charged with attempted murder yesterday, and the other a case of a city bus driver arrested and indicted for suspected violation of the Stimulant Drug Ccntrol Law in August.

Mr. Hashimoto clearly stated that he would like to have full access to the information on pre-employment tests, selection process, competition rate, etc. of every employee working at the Municipal government.  He believes this is the only way to rectify the situation.

Chapter XXVI Crimes of Homicide

(Homicide)

Article 199 A person, who kills another, shall be punished with death or penal servitude for life or not less than three years.

Article 200 A person, who kills his lineal ascendant or a lineal ascendant of his spouse, shall be punished with death or penal servitude for life.

(Preparation)

Article 201 A person, who makes preparations for the purpose of committing a crime mentioned in the preceding two Articles, shall be punished with penal servitude for not more than two years; provided, however, that penalty may be remitted, and when extenuating circumstances exist.

(Attempts)

Article 203 Attempts of the crimes mentioned in Article 199, Article 200 and the preceding Article shall be punished.

Note: Article 200 is omitted because it is related to a crime of killing an ascendant.

Chapter XXVII Crimes of Inflicting Injury

(Inflicting injury)

Article 204 A person, who inflicts an injury upon the person of another, shall be punished with penal servitude for not more than ten years or a fine of not more than five hundred thousand yen or a minor fine.

(Injury resulting in death)

Article 205 A person, who inflicts an injury upon the person of another and thereby causes the latter's death, shall be punished with penal servitude for a limited period of not less than two years.

Article 206 A person, who, when a crime mentioned in the preceding two Articles is being committed, encourages the offender at the scene of crime, shall be punished with penal servitude for not more than one year or a fine of not more than fifty thousand yen or a minor fine, even though he himself does not injure any person.

(Injury inflicted by several persons jointly)

Article 207 When two or more persons use violence against another and in so doing injure the latter, such persons shall, even thought they do not act jointly, be dealt with in the same way as in the case of complicity, if it is impossible to determine the relative gravity of the injuries or if it is impossible to know which person caused the injuries.

(Violence)

Article 208 A person, who uses violence against another without injuring him, shall be punished with penal servitude for not more than two years or a fine of not more than five hundred thousand yen, penal detention, or a minor fine.
