@perfumekawaee tweets South Korea lies about its past by saying that South Korea has never participated in wars at all. South Korea was a part of Japan, meaning no question that South Koreans fought as Japanese soldiers as they were Japanese citizens. Koreans who experienced 1,000 years of oppression by China were so willing to become Japanese and were highly motivated to fight for Japan since Japan was stronger than China and Russia. Koreans fought as Mongolian soldiers (a few Mongolian commanders and many Korean soldiers) when Mongolia tried to invade Japan. South Koreans executed atrocities in Vietnam during Vietnam war.
People in show business are getting to be tremulous after Naoyuki Watanabe, President of Pachinko Chain "GAIA" has been arrested for violation of the Stimulant Drug Control Law (Use) by Kanagawa Prefectural Police Department.
The Pachinko chain "GAIA" operates 200 pachinko parlors throughout Japan, generating JPY 400 billion sales per year. According to the source close to the police, police is trying to specify how he obtained the stimulant drugs as it assumes that he has frequented a few people in show business.

This photo provided by a resident of Kunashiri Island shows Kang Chang Il (2nd from R), a lawmaker of South Korea's main opposition Democratic Party, and others visiting the island, one of four Russian-held islands off Hokkaido claimed by Japan, on May 24, 2011. The visit went ahead despite concerns expressed by the Japanese government about the ramifications it would have on the long-standing territorial dispute. (Kyodo)
Those Koreans should have figured out what repercussions their visit to Japan's territory Kunashiri Island without Japan' formal approval would have on South Korean relations with Japan. Their visit has helped the general public realize that both Koreas have been hostile to Japan and her people despite the fact that Japan has shown them its friendly gestures in a number of ways for decades.
Foreign Minister Mr. Matsumoto strongly criticized their visit at the press conference held on May 24 that he would not accept the Korean lawmakers' behavior of supporting the Russian sovereignty over Kunashiri Island. He earlier expressed his regret during the meeting with the Korean counterpart Kim Seong Hwan that Japan would never find it acceptable if executed by the Korean lawmakers. Kim reportedly replied to Mr. Matsumoto that the planned visit to Kunashiri would have nothing to do with South Korean government. Mr. Matsumoto declined to comment whether he would bring it up during Japan-Russia Summit scheduled at G-8 Summit in France.
The Liberal Democratic Party held its foreign affairs committee with foreign ministry officials on May 24, at which many members of the party expressed their anger over the visit and strongly criticized the Foreign Ministry for failing to stop the visit when south korean president Lee was visiting Japan. Mr. Seiichi Goto, a member of the upper house of the national Diet shouted "Aren't you really trying to protect Japan's national interests?" and poured a glass of water over them.
His act of pouring a glass of water over the Foreign Ministry officials may not be welcome but it clearly demonstrates that Japan's patience seems to be running out. South Korean government and its people will have to take its consequences.

This photo is not directly related to this article. However, an act of destroying Japan's national flag is quite offending to Japan and her people. South Koreans often perform this uncivilized act to make irrational and groundless claims over how much they have been victimized by Japan and her people while failing to remember how much benefit they have received from Japan and her people.
Sankei News reports that Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency (SMPA) has arrested 39 leaders of the organizations established to stage anti-Japan demonstrations, thereby demanding Japan to pay compensations for damages they claim to be resulting from 36 years of annexation of the Korean peninsula to Japan. Those organizations are the Association for Pacific War Victims, formed by the families of Korea's World War II victims 太平洋戦争犠牲者遺族会and Civil Litigation Claim Group民間請求権訴訟団.
According to the news report, they deceived Koreans into believing that they would secure compensations from the Government of Japan on their behalf if the necessary expenses for lawyers, etc. were paid to the organizations. They collected 1.5 billion Won equivalent to JPY 120 million from more than 30,000 Koreans.
梁順任 Bo Sunseo Chaeg-im 보 순서 책임, aged 67, President of the Association for Pacific War Victims, well-known in Japan for his long involvement in anti-Japan activities has been reportedly one of the suspects for the swindling case, in which he organized those groups to secure Korean members by telling them that they would be entitled to receive compensations from the Government of Japan as long as they lived during the annexation period. He even paid allowances to those who had successfully recruited new members.
When Japan-South Korea Friendship soccer match was held in Seoul, he initiated a deception activity of mobilizing about 500 members to protest against Japan, waving banners demanding Japan to pay compensations with apologies.
Today I would like to focus on Mitsusan2010 whose recent tweet says that I deeply express my respect for "Rising Sun Flag", "Naval Ensign of Japan", and "Army Flag of Japan", and I adoringly show my fullest respect for "Flag for The Emperor of Japan" much more than anything else. The above decision sounds like "South Korea has already declared war against Japan and her people." At least, one can not help thinking that South Korea has no desire to promote its friendship with Japan at all while largely benefiting from Japan and her people.
Take just one example for the readers to understand benefits South Korea has so far enjoyed in the recent years. South Korea was financially assisted by Japan when preparing for the World Cup 2002. Simply speaking, South Korea had no money to host the World Cup jointly with Japan at all. USD 3 billion was given to South Korea in the form of loan that helped construct the World Cup Stadiums in time for its opening. However, Koreans do not know this simple fact because their accessibility to the facts has been limited by South Korean government. In other words, brainwashing has been practiced there.
Getting back to the tweets made by Japanese, they immediately remind many readers of Ki Sung-Yeng's infamous behavior televised when he scored for South Korea against Japan in a semi-final game in the Asian Cup on January 25 this year.
According to the Korean media, Ki Sung-Yeng obviously tried to degrade Japan and her people by pulling his face and scratching it with his left hand soon after he scored for South Korea against Japan in a semi-final game, as shown in the video footage below. However, it never occurred to the Japanese TV viewers that he tried to degrade Japan and her people by acting like a monkey since they never had the slightest idea of what his performance means.
Many Japanese soccer fans came to know through South Korean media reporting that Koreans scratcth their faces whenever they see "Rising Sun Flag" in an attempt to insult Japan and her people but not because their faces are itchy or they love to play monkey.
Soon after he was criticized for his performance of "Monkey Celebration", Ki Sung-Yeng defended himself by claiming that he had been enraged by Rising Sun ensigns the Japanese fans were waving in the stand and that the sight of those flags broke his heart and being Korean is more important than being a football player. Some Japanese fans claim that no Rising Sun ensigns (as seen on the left hand side) were sighted in the stand at all.
The Scottish Sun dated January 28, 2011 reported that Ki Sung-Yueng had tried to escape a bitter international feud by accusing Scottish fans of racism, suggesting that he didn't imitate a monkey to insult Japanese. But his performance was directed at the people who make racist remarks in Scotland.
Whichever you may think true, they (both South and North Koreas) will remain as a destabilizing factor in the Asia-Pacific region for sure, considering their irresponsible and irrational behaviors.

A majority of Japanese nationals feel that Kan is no longer Prime Minister of Japan at all and whoever gathers around him will eventually turn out to be a traitor as evidenced in one recent case in which DPJ lawmaker Ryuichi Doi signed a declaration that Japan should immediately give up sovereignty claims over disputed islets known as Takeshima situated in the Sea of Japan during his visit to South Korea in February. See Takeshima Day竹島の日Should Be Remembered Along With January 18, 1952-A Date Which Will Live In Infamy
Kan admits that he accepted political donations from a citizen of South Korea whose identity has been found to be an owner of pachinko parlors in Naka ku, Yokohama, Japan. However, he still insists that he didn't know that he was a Korean citizen.
Kan made it clear that JPY 1,040,000 had already been returned back to a Korean citizen operating pachinko parlors on March 14, three days after a triple disaster hit Japan. Kan stated that his lawyer returned the tainted money to a Korean citizen after confirming that a Korean man is not a Japanese national. And, Kan denied any allegations that he tried to conceal his act of returning tainted money back to the Korean citizen.
No one can deny totally a possibility that Korean citizens (whether they are South or North) still residing in Japan for whatever reasons they might have are linked to intelligence organizations, trying to influence Japan's policies for the interests of the Korean peninsula. One thing that is so sure is that they will have to fight for their countries as long as they maintain the Korean citizenship.
On February 21, 2008 when the then president of Democratic Party of Japan Ozawa visited South Korea and met South Korean then president-elect Lee Myung-bak who reportedly requested Ozawa to grant local suffrage (voting rights in local elections) to Korean citizens still residing in Japan for whatever reasons they might have and then to extend help to his comrades doing pachinko business in Japan.as they were going through difficulties after stricter regulations on pachinko business became effective.
It seems so ridiculous and at the same time arrogant that South Korean then president-elect Lee made those requests to Ozawa rather than telling his own people to give up an idea of participating in Japanese politics unless they choose to become naturalized and to abandon their Korean citizenship. Of course, they must be thoroughly scrutinized by the Ministry of Justice before Japanese citizenship is granted. South Korean then president-elect Lee also failed to remember that South Korea banned pachinko business in the country in 2006 for the reason that their people became so addicted to it, thereby creating a number of social problems, knowing that Japan also has faced huge social problems arising from pachinko industry.
Therefore, it is so clear that there exist close relationships between pachinko industry and the Korean peninsula whose economy has largely depended on pachinko business, sucking up money (somewhere between JPY 25 trillion and JPY 30 trillion) and wasting energy (equivalent to the electricity generated by Fukushima Daiichi) Japan desparetely requires for its recovery, only for the benefit of the Korean peninsula. Besides, none of the Kan cabinet members (or even members of Democratic Party of Japan) has ever memtioned a word about negative effects of pachinko industry on Japan and her people.
Many vividly remember that the then Foreign Minister Seiji Maehara resigned on March 6 over his illegal political donation (JPY250,000) scandal involving a Korean citizen. But Kan still insists that he didn't know if he was a Korean citizen or not at the time of accepting political donations. Voters can not help assuming that Korean citizens who gave political donations to them have one purpose of influencing Japan's policies.
There is another case proving that Kan is no longer Prime Minister of Japan at all. Kan visited an evacuation center in Tamura-shi, Fukushima Prefecture on March 21 and encountered angry evacuees there as he was leaving the center as scheduled.
An evacuee (Angry Man) shouted angrily to Kan: Why are you already leaving here now? I have been waiting for you to come and talk to me but you have just ignored me.
Another evacuee (Woman in tears) said to Kan: I feel so hurt because you just ignored me. I was waiting here as I was told Prime Minister would come and visit us.
Kan said: I am so sorry that I didn't mean to pass by you all. I just didn't notice you at all.
Woman evacuee said to Kan: How could I trust you if you just ignored me waiting for you? I was told Prime Minister would come and see us.
Note: Every time I watch this video, I can't stop wetting my cheeks because I really understand how they feel about being ignored by Prime Minister Kan for whom they waited so long. This is just one example of what Kan really is.

Many Japanese are so shocked to learn that a case of Buddhist Holy Scripture stolen from a Japanese temple years ago still remains unsolved and that South Korea has not shown any sincerity to solving the criminal case involving a Korean group specialized in stealing Japanese cultural assets.
In reply to a question raised by Mr. Katsuei Hirasawa, a member of Liberal Democratic Party over the long pending case at Standing Committee of Foreign Affairs, House of Representatives on March 22 , Foreign Minister Takeaki Matsumoto indicated that he would request South Korean government to carry out a thorough investigation into the case of a stolen Buddhist Holy Scripture designated as Japan's important cultural asset.
It was disclosed on July 23, 1994 that the Buddhist Holy Scripture had been stolen from Ankokuji Temple in Iki Shima situated between Kyshu Island and Tsushima islets, Nagasaki Prefecture in the Sea of Japan.
According to Agency for Cultural Affairs, the Government of Japan, almost one year after the Buddhist Holy Scripture was stolen from Japan, it was learned that a Buddhist Holy Scripture whose details were later confirmed to be exactly the same as the Japanese one stolen from Ankokuji Temple was discovered on June, 1995, designated as a national treasure in South Korea . Then, the agency immediately requested the Korean government through a diplomatic channel to investigate the case. However, the request was almost ignored as the Korean side stated that it was difficult to investigate the case due to lack of evidence.
There are a number of cases in which Japanese important cultural assets have been stolen by Korean groups in the past. Some Korean thieves reportedly claimed that they committed crimes in Japan out of patriotism toward S. Korea when arrested by S. Korean police authority. Many people wonder why they cashed their stolen items right away if they really committed the crimes for the honor of their country. Besides, nobody understands what they mean by stealing properties from somebody out of patriotism.
I have never heard of any country that highly praises criminals stealing treasures from foreign countries. This case alone proves that South Korean government has promoted a distorted education by which many Koreans have been brainwashed to believe that they are perfect and best in the world, thereby causing lots of unnecessary frictions all over the world.
The government of s. korea has recently indicated its plan to hold a committee named "A Special Committee to Protect Takeshima as National Territory" (tentatively translated into English) of s. korean national assembly on Takeshima Islets, Shimane Prefecture, Japan.
Foreign Minister Takeaki Matsumoto (a great grandson of Japan's First Prime Minister Hirobumi Ito assassinated by a korean guy shown on the left) reportedly made it clear at Standing Committee of Foreign Relations of the Lower House, Japan's national Diet that the Government of Japan had strongly protested against s.korean government to cancel the planned committee in the Japanese territory through a diplomatic channel.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Government of Japan, a plan made by 18 s. korean national assembly members to visit Takeshima Islets, Shimane Prefecture, Japan, being protected by battleships and helicopters and to hold a special committee has been postphoned due to deteriorating weather conditions around Takeshima Islets. However, s.korean government has clearly indicated that it would hold the planned committee around May 10.
It should be regarded as an offensive act by s. korean government, clearly violating international laws. It is not a visit to Takeshima Islets but a renewed invasion into Takeshima Islets, Shimane Prefecture, Japan.
A number of the actions recently taken by s. korea in relation to Takeshima Islets is a clear proof that s. korea has taken the first step into a renewed act of war against Japan. Japan should consider some economic sanctions against s. korea.

When I was first exposed to a news reported by South Korean Yonhap News Agency as saying that South Korea has banned sand eel from Fukushima, Japan on Wednesday because of high levels of radioactive contaminants found in the fish, I wondered why South Korea has to make "a big fuss" about it.
Then, I checked into this wonder and found several reasons to substantiate that South Korea has been making such a big fuss as based on "nothing".
1. No fishing operations have been carried out since all fishing ports in Fukushima Prefecture suffered serious damages from Tsunami on March 11. Nobody knows when to resume fishing operations.
2. As far as I checked with Fisheries Agency, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries site on internet, no sand eel has ever been exported to any country at all
3. This fish is found along the coasts of Japan (except Okinawa Islands) and the Korean peninsula. I believe the similar kind is found almost everywhere.
According to media in Japan, sand eel is a kind of fish that swim in huge shoals usually near the surface of the ocean, therefore, having greater chance of being exposed to radioactive materials contained in water discharged from Fukushima Daiichi. This is the only kind of marine life so far found to be contaminated with radioactive materials exceeding the provisional limits, suggesting that the contaminated water discharged from Fukushima Daiichi has never been well diluted with sea water.
As described above, it is so obvious that there is no way S. Korea will have sand eel imported from Fukushima, Japan. I really wonder why it had to officially announce that it had banned import of sand eel on Wednesday as soon as the Government of Japan decided to ban fishing sand eel.
I must say that South Korea has been trying to show it to the world that it has been victimized by Japan, in an effort to fabricate a story of being damaged by nuclear fallout and discharged water contaminated with radioactive materials.

Any Reasons Japan Has To Be Eager About Accepting a Korean Request?
When first exposed to an article published by Yonhap News, reporting on Japan's reluctance to accept S. Korea to monitor Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant in Japan, I questioned their intention to monitor Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant out of the concern that S. Korea will become one too many since Japan has secured top level experts not only domestically but also internationally.
We must remember an old saying "Too many cooks spoil the broth." while keeping it in mind that Koreans are well-known fabricators and copycats. Besides, I really wonder why Japan has to accept S. Korean scientists into Japan's efforts to cope with the current crisis for them to monitor what has been going on. Japan does not need any students or interns right now but real experts with full of useful knowledge and technology matched with the level of Japan.
There is also some growing suspicion that S. Korea has stolen Japan's nuclear technology as it is often discussed by some bloggers on internet. See 韓国による「東芝原発技術盗難」の経緯 (all in Japanese)
I noticed one blogger saying that S. Korea has so far constructed nuclear power plants in the areas facing the Sea of Japan 日本海 but not in the areas close to the Yellow Sea黄海 because winds always blow from the Yellow Sea to the Sea of Japan, reaching the western Japan where people must be aware of the possible fallout resulting from accidents and/or attacks by North Korea, etc.
It is so obvious that the government of S. Korea has intentionally situated nuke plants in the areas adjacent to the Sea of Japan to avoid any nuclear fallout on the Korean peninsula in case of accidents or attacks by North Korea or any others.
In other words, any nuclear fallout from Fukushima Daiichi has not reached directly the Korean peninsula while minute traces of fallout have been detected in some areas of the United States of America.
In the event that S. Korea desires to know data on Fukushima Daiichi, it should access IAEA at Fukushima Nuclear Accident Update Log as there remains suspicion that S. Korea may attempt to have access to the intricate and highly sophisticated work being carried out there.

"All to lose and nothing to gain" is not true at all to North and South Korea when it comes to pachinko business fully owned and operated by citizens of both North and South Korea ( 96% of pachinko parlors owned and operated by two Koreas and the rest by Republic of China.). Two Koreas have greatly benefited from and have thrived on pachinko business in the last decades while fabricating a number of stories related to "comfort women", "Takeshima", "36 years annexation of the Korean peninsula by Japan", etc.
Japan now faces its unprecedented crisis resulting from a triple disaster (a massive quake, tsunami, and a crippled nuclear plant in Fukushima) and Japan must mobilize all its resources to speed up its recovery efforts now pouring into the devastated areas.
A Summary of His Comment on Pachinko and Vending Machines ( from 1 min. 10 sec to 3 min. 6 sec.)
Mr. Ishihara said: Electricity use in Japan should be characterized by abnormalities as seen in present usage patterns. As far as I know, pachinko parlors consume 4.5 million kW and vending machines 4.5 million kW. Close to 10 million kW of electricity is consumed when two sectors are combined. I don't think we can find any country in the whole world wasting this much energy on sectors we really don't require in carrying out our daily life. Why don't you all use your own refrigerators at home? I don't have much knowledge of what pachinko machines look like nowadays because I don't play it at all. I remember when I was a college student, pachinko machines were all manual, not requiring electricity at all. Pachinko machines used today require much electricity with lots of lights flickering all over, making loud noises. No nation in the world will accept this kind of practice at all since they all consume too much electricity all night long. The amount of electricity of two sectors consume is just the same as Fukushima Daiichi used to generate. We all have to review this practice, considering the current crisis. The Government of Japan must issue an energy-saving decree as done during the late Prime Minister Kakuei Tanaka when Japan experienced oil crises in 1970s. In those days, we didn't have vending machines as many as we do now. Although Minister in charge of electricity conservation promotion Ms. Renho came to meet me and said "Please cooperate with us in conserving energy!", the situation we are in now is not that simple at all. I believe that every Japanese national is well aware of it. We all can live without pachinko parlors and vending machines at all. What do we need them for?

As I briefly discussed on denuclearization issue of North Korea or the Korean peninsula yesterday, Reuters reported today that Senator John McCain, the top Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee questioned General Walter Sharp, the current commander of United Nations Command in South Korea at a US Senate hearing whether there was any scenario under which Kim would give up his nuclear weapons capability and received an answer "To answer your question directly: No, I do not see that he will give up his nuclear capability." from Sharp.
This answer strongly suggests that US has not only so far lived up to its policy of denuclearizing North Korea but also has accepted a chance of North Korea giving up its nukes as being dim, thereby destablizing security and jeopadizing the power balance in the Far East.
Coupled with a nuclear crisis at Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan, the Korean peninsula has given her a real threat since their nuke warheads are reportedly targeted at Japan and her people.
It is expected that Mrs. Clinton will come up with a much stronger message than just having repeatedly emphaszing resumption of six-party talks considered as a fly to catch North Korea and having often praised Japan as a cornerstone of U.S. Asia policy, essential to maintaining peace and prosperity in the Asia-Pacific region when she visits Seoul this weekend.

It seems unfortunate that the Korean peninsula has been historically in turmoil except 36 years during which it was annexed to Japan from 1910 to 1945. The Korean peninsula has been split into two states (North Korea and South Korea) since 1945 as a result of power struggle among US, Soviet (now called Russia), and China. The peninsula is situated, surrounded by the Sea of Japan日本海 to the south, and the Yellow Sea黄海to the west, bordering Japan's territorial waters near the Tsushima Strait対馬海峡. As clearly described in Wikipedia, until the end of World War II, Korea was a single political entity---, tacitly suggesting that it was the same as the Imperial Japan.
According to Yonhap News, South Korea seeks bilateral talks on nukes now possessed by its counterpart North Korea who seems so preoccupied with an idea of standing on the equal footing with US by showing off its nuclear arsenals to the rest of the world. In a sense, South Korea benefits from the fact that its counterpart has now been practically recognized as a nuclear state since none has observed any significant progress in six-party talks which could be taken only as a pacifier to North Korea while giving wrong impression to South Korea and its people that their wrongdoings can be fully supported by the world.
Yonhap News further reports an official as saying that a dialogue with South Korea would pave the way for restarting six-party talks designed to compensate the North for denuclearization.
This statement simply suggests that North Korea has been given a special status of receiving compensation for material and/or non-material damage whenever it brings up its nuclear arms programs on the negotiating table.
It is so clear that North Korea has chosen an option of possessing nukes when it decided to withdraw from Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 2003. The world has to face it and deal with it accordingly. Otherwise, the Korean peninsula will remain a nuclear peninsula forever even after two Koreas may get united.

Amid sorrows, worries, and anxieties resulting from the unprecedented triple disaster in Japan, there is one particular nation many of the people have been focused on. The nation widely known for its fabricating and copycatting know-hows has launched another fabrication attempt to make the whole world believe its territorial claims for Takeshima 竹島 by announcing its planned construction of a structure nearby Takeshima islets.
The Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) who had achieved an overwhelming victory over the Democratic Party of Japan in the local government elections held the last Sunday decided to strongly protest against South Korea over the planned construction since many people here believe that the Kan cabinet has failed to represent the people of Japan at all.
The LDP plans to demand South Korea to stop the planned construction and to propose a ministerial meeting on Takeshima issue.
Mr. Hiroyuki Hosoda, 70th and 71th Chief Cabinet Secretary, a politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature) voiced his opinion in much stronger terms that Japan should refuse to accept any donations to the disaster stricken areas from South Korea and for the Japanese Government officials to meet South Korean Ambassador to Japan in response to irrational action to be taken by South Korea.
It seems quite reasonable that Mr. Hiroyuki Hosoda has suggested that Japan should take a tougher line against South Korea because in cyberspace, one can observe that many South Koreans have insulted Japan and her people as evidenced in the following:
Lead activist Choi Jae-ik shouted, ”We made warmhearted donations, and all we got in return is a distortion of history,” lead activist Choi Jae-ik shouted during the rally. “We deplore Japan’s ungrateful behaviour.”
Japan should clarify its position over Takeshima isles by stating as follows:
South Korea in fact invaded Japan by illegally occupying Takeshima islets on January 18, 1952 without declaring "War" against Japan at all, and it still continues its illegal occupation of Takeshima islets, clearly violating the international laws. Japan should demand that South Korea unconditionally return Takeshima islets back to Japan with deep apology over its invasion and compensation for the damages done to Japan and her people.
