Conditions Outlined for PM Noda to Do His Homework Tonight

 TPP Project Team of the Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) came up with the following conclusion:

1. Prior to making a decision on whether to join TPP talks, disclosure of information and nationwide debate on TPP talks are required.
2. A majority of DPJ members has expressed opinions of either "not to announce" or "too early to announce" that Japan will join TPP talks.
3. Based upon the above, a necessary decision should be carefully made.

It is requested that Prime Minister Noda will faithfully judge what to do with TPP talks tomorrow.
