Japan and her people have every right to pay their homage to those fallen soldiers and those who devoted their lives to the nation, many of whom fought and died to emancipate the Asian population from the western colonization of Asia. An article ( Japanese Lawmakers Make Annual Pilgrimage to Yasukuni Shrine) stating "war criminals" are nothing but a vulgar insult to those who died for Japan and her people since no war criminals (no war criminals have legally existed in Japan) are enshirned in Yasukuni. Prime Minister Kan and some of his cabinet members have been criticized for being well-connected to the Korean citizens in Japan in terms of political donatios not legalized if made by foreign citizens. Besides, only three nations in the whole world still express their outright antagonism toward Japan; namely China, North Korea, and South Korea.
