Breaking: The Japan Coast Guard has spotted a large formation of Chinese fishing vessels (a few hundred) in the East China Sea now operating fishing activities. Under Japan-China Fisheries Agreement, they are allowed to operate in the waters (EEZ) outside the Japanese territorial waters.
