Global Times (Chinese paper) reports on arrival of 12 MV-22 Osprey aircraft in the city of Iwakuni amid strong protest over safety issues, pointing out that Japan and U.S. will strengthen military power not only in and around Senkaku (Chinese name used) but also around Taiwan straits and even some parts of mainland China including Shanghai in the southwestern area of East China Sea if deployed at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan.
