The Penal Code of Japan

Chapter XII Crimes of Trespass

(Trespass)

Article 130 A person, who without due cause breaks into a human habitation or guarded premises, building or vessel, or who upon demand fails to leave such place, shall be punished with penal servitude for not more than three years or a fine of not more than JPY 500,000.
