By the Next Summer, the Lower House of Japan's Parliament will be Dissolved

Mr. Mogi, Policy Chief of the Liberal Democratic Party, a major opposition party, reportedly expects that the Lower House of Japan's Parliament will be dissolved sometime from March, 2012 to the summer of 2012.

He further stressed that a process of seeking support for consumption tax hike from the Japanese nationals would be indisspensable to our discussion on the hike with the ruling party.
