North Korea is trying to extort money from Japan.

In 1990 when Shin Kanamaru made a visit to North Korea and  also in 2002 when ex-Prime Minister Koizumi visited there, North Korea approached Japan with an ulterior motive to extort trillions of Yen from Japan. Now North Korea is trying to exploit Prime Minister Kan whose major concern is to survive a harsh move to pull him down, for its mere purpose of extorting money from Japan. Prime Minister Kan has been treacherous to Japan and her people.
