It looks like ex-Chief Secretary of the Democratic Party of Japan, Mr Ozawa losing out his patience over Prime Minister Kan still clinging on to the power despite the increased opposition to his presence as Prime Minister of Japan. According to MSN (a Japanese newspaper), Mr. Ozawa has hardened his intention to submit non-confidence motion against the Kan cabinet before the final day (August 31) of the current plenary session at the Japanese Parliament.
