Return of Japan PM's missive is just a childish prank

The return of Japan PM's missive addressed to South Korean pres. Lee is totally undiplomatic or just a childish prank regardless of the worsening relation between two neighbors geographically situated next to each other.

Taken by surprise, Japan and her people have no idea of what to comment on the lowest quality of diplomacy ever seen among the civilized nations. Japan as a leader of the East Asia has repeatedly expressed her displeasure over the outrageous and absurd reaction by South Korea to Japan's recent action to take a case of Takeshima to International Court of Justice, raising a question of whether South Korea has lost its mind or not. Japan seems determined not to further aggravate the diplomatic row with South Korea over South Korea's ostentatious act of returning the letter back to Japan simply because Japan has already handed over a note verbale to South Korea, seeking reference to International Court of Justice on Japan's sovereignty over Takeshima islets.

Japan has so far made too much political concession on the issues which many believe unnecessary and historically baseless because of Japan's consideration given to the importance of the military balance in the Far East.
