Japan and her people no longer require A Giant Panda from China whose Premier Wen Jiabao demands Japan to pay 1 billion Yen for its 5 year rental.
Wen Jiabao considers this rental of a Giant Panda as a diplomatic gesture to show sympathy toward those victimized in a 3/11 triple disaster.
If he really sympathizes with the victims, China should rent a Giant Panda free of charge.Why Japan has to pay 10 billion Yen for A Giant Panda?
