Complete Division of Labour in a Chinese way: Prob into Chinese Criminal Group

51 Chinese criminals have been charged with 1,000 theft cases in which they are said to have stolen goods worth JPY632,000,000  equivalent to USD 8,312,789(converted into USD at the rate of 76per one USD). Police prob shows that the group is clearly divided into three sub-groups; they are a sub-group of perpetrators, a sub-group of handling stolen goods, and a sub-group of underground banking.

All of 51 Chinese arrested by Chiba Prefectural Police Headquarters  are confirmed to have come from Fuqing , Fuzhou, Fujian, China.
