South Korean Captain Arrested in Flagrante Delicto for Illegal Fishing Operation Off Tsushima

Today Tsushima Coast Guard Office has arrested Lee aged 48, South Korean captain of pole and line fishing vessel in exclusive economic zone (EEZ) in the Sea of Japan off Tsushima city, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan for violation of fishing sovereignty right.
