Prime Minster Kan has been much grilled over his poor diplomacy as the recent moves made by Russia, China, and even South Korea indicate that Prime Minister Kan has sent a wrong message to them while Japan and her people have totally objected their moves in relation to Japan's northern territories still illegally occupied by Russia.
